A darkened and well-ventilated drying hall providing the correct relation between temperature and humidity is the basis for an appropriate drying process.
We dry our crop without any artificial heat supply; the dry climate and well-balanced temperatures of
our mountains are a clear advantage in terms of appropriate drying. In our darkened warehouse with low humidity the crop is properly packed and stored under optimal conditions preventing any quality loss.
