Olive leaves
Oleae Folium (Oleum europea L.)

The olive leaves are time-consuming hand - picked after the olive harvest and the annual pruning of the olive trees at the end of January and beginning of February . (Mechanical picking would damage the leaves)

Only the perfect leaves are then dried properly and professionally.

The olive leaves come from organic certified olive tree cultures on the Chalkidiki peninsula in Greece.
